Day 1: Cusco – Interoceanic Highway – Quincemil – Soqtapata Ecolodge

Scenic morning drive down the eastern Andean slopes crossing from high mountain passes to lush subtropical cloud forests. Arrive in Quincemil and hike into the Soqtapata Reserve. Welcome lunch and afternoon trek to pristine jungle waterfalls with refreshing natural pool swimming. Night walk to observe bioluminescent fungi and exotic amphibians.

Day 2: Dawn Birding – Primary Rainforest Trek – Return to Cusco

Early morning birdwatching to spot toucans, tanagers, and hummingbirds. Guided botanical exploration learning about Amazonian medicinal plants, ancient ferns, and giant trees. Farewell lunch and private return drive back to Cusco.
